If it rains on the day of your reservation, you will receive a text message alert. Please be aware that Tampa is accustomed to sudden weather conditions that tend to change at a moment’s notice.

Valid driver’s license, the credit card used on your reservation, clothes you don’t mind getting wet, sunscreen, hat or sunglasses optional. We will provide complimentary water bottles for each guest and sunscreen will be available for purchase at the Riverwalk Rental location.
We are located on the Riverwalk under the Meridian Street Bridge just west of the Marriott Water Street (505 Water St, Tampa). From the Convention Center we are east under the first bridge adjacent to the Sail Pavilion.
We launch directly from our dock on the Riverwalk.
There is a convenient valet service located at the Marriot Water Street Hotel. Public Parking in the Pam Iorio garage (301 Channelside Dr.) and the Tampa Convention Center (141 E Brorein St.). There is a limited amount of street parking in the area with Park Mobile APP.
Fishing poles can only be used on our fishing kayaks. You must have a valid Florida fishing license. You can bring your own and we provide poles with Fishing Kayak rentals only.

We provide 1 bottled water per rental with more available for purchase.
Lessons are not required before renting, however our Tampa Riverwalk Rentals crew will provide written instructions on how to use your equipment, a short safety briefing, and an area map of operations to help guide you on your route. You are required to wear life jacket on the water.
Wear whatever is comfortable for you given the conditions on the day of your rental. Swimwear or shorts are perfect since there is a chance you will be getting wet. Shoes that can get wet and are comfortable if you choose to wear while paddling. Sunscreen is recommended and Lifejackets are required.
We have 18 lockers for your belongings during your ride, available on a first come first serve basis.

Customers will receive a full refund with 24-hour notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Late returns will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes over their scheduled return time.
Online reservations are preferred due to limited availability; however, walk-ups are always welcome.
Any damage or loss of the equipment will be the sole responsibility of the renting party.
No one under the age of 5, waivers must be signed by all participants, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have legal guardian sign waiver.
Life jackets must be worn at all times on any water rental equipment.
We do allow coolers on our Kayaks within a reasonable size.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed on our rentals. Drug use, including marijuana, is not allowed while using our rentals.
Pets are not permitted. Thank you for understanding.
